Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Taskiba offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore all features of the Service at no cost during this period. No payment is charged until you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

2. Subscription Payments

Taskiba charges a flat monthly subscription fee of $5/month. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize Taskiba to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge
  • You have experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service and our support team was unable to resolve it
  • You were charged in error (duplicate billing, system error, etc.)

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
  • Cancellation after the 7-day refund window has passed
  • Partial month usage after cancellation
  • Change of mind after using the Service for more than 7 days
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@taskiba.com with your account email and the reason for your refund request. Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period unless you qualify under Section 3.
